Gopi Chand’s last theatrical release, Rama Banam was a disaster at the box office. But Surprisingly, on OTT, the film, Rama Banam trending at no 1 position on Netflix. Somehow the audiences were eagerly awaited for Rama Banam and Akhil’s Agent OTT release as well. Though Agent has been still not released, finally Rama Banam has released on Netflix yesterday, and it is trending top 1 on Netflix now.

Also, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar, which has released yesterday midnight, but the film is not even trending in the Top 10.

Rama Banam, which was released on July 5th, marks the third collaboration of Gopichand with director Sriwass, did not impress audiences or critics as well. As a result, the movie was a massive failure at the box office. The film’s numbers were not impressive, except for obtaining some decent numbers on the opening day. In this family action entertainer, Dimple Hayathi is the female lead.

Rama Banam tells us the story of Vicky, who gets separated from his peace-loving brother Rajaram for many years, and becomes a successful gangster in Kolkata. Rajaram’s organic food business empire is in chaos due to evil businessman GK’s plotting, which Vicky is shocked to discover when he reunites with his brother.
