Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor became a box office sensation after the release. The sequel of Stree attracted great amount of audience on the premieres and opening day to everyone’s surprise. The film grossed 400 crores for two weekends and showed no stopping sign. Now, Stree 2 has broken Jawan’s lifetime collections and created a history in Bollywood.
Stree 2 broke many records even after the second weekend taking advantage of many holidays till now. The film has also grossed 500 crores worldwide beating KGF Chapter 2 and Baahubali 2. With the Ganesh Chaturthi holiday season, Stree 2 brought in more audience and scritped history by grossing 586 crores at the box office. Till now, only Jawan had the record of being highest grosser in Hindi language with more than 580 crores.
Stree 2 is not slowing down and may even touch the 600 crore club. Stree 2 will also become the first Hindi film to pull off the record. This is surely a mind blowing achievement for a small star cast film. The team will now confidently go ahead with Stree 3 which was already teased at the end of the film. Akshay Kumar will be joining the film as the antagonist.
