Ram Pothineni and Boyapati Sreenu’s mass action entertainer Skanda, which was scheduled to be released on September 15th has postponed its release to two weeks. As the Pan Indian film of Prabhas, Salaar won’t be released on September 28, Skanda seized the opportunity to grab that date. Everyone is aware that the latest sensational actress Sree Leela is playing the female lead in the film. Now the latest news is that the film, Skanda completed censor formalities.
The movie got the required buzz from the trailer. Though the storyline is not revealed in the film, it looked like a perfect mass action treat. Now, as said above, the censor formalities for Skanda have been completed three weeks before its release.
Reportedly, the censor board gave the film U/A certificate. The update indicates that the film will last 167 minutes (2 hours and 47 minutes). The runtime of Boyapati’s previous film Akhanda was similar as well. While some fans really Ram are worrying that it is a bit lengthy but if the expected mass elements work well, the runtime would be not an issue.
Saiee Manjrekar will be seen in the second female role in Skanda. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced the film under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Thaman composed the music for the film Apart from Telugu, the film will also be available in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
