Shockingly, Rajamouli didn’t get the invitation from Oscars academy

It is very well known that Director SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ is an internationally acclaimed film. The film has received another rare honor as Six members of the film got a chance to be on the list of the Oscar committee. However, shockingly, Rajamouli didn’t get the invitation from the Oscar academy, which surprised everyone.

Director Rajamouli has responded to this. “I am very proud to have invited six members of our ‘RRR’ team for this year’s Academy Awards. His tweet reads… “ Extremely proud that 6 members of our RRR team have been invited as members for The Academy Awards this year. Congratulations Tarak, Charan, Peddanna, Sabu sir, Senthil and Chandrabose garu. Also, congrats to the members from Indian Cinema who received the invitation this year”

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which presents the most prestigious Oscar awards, has added 398 members to the Oscar committee. The list was released recently.

There are six members of the ‘RRR’ team. Apart from NTR and Ram Charan, music director MM Keeravani, lyricist Chandra Bose, cinematographer Senthil and production designer Sabu Cyril have been included in the committee. Other than them, Bollywood director-producer Karan Johar, Mani Ratnam, Andrij Parekh, Siddharth Kapur, Shaunak Sen
Bela Bajaria were also been included in the list.

However, the fans are disappointed that Rajamouli did not find a place in the list. Fans believe that it would have been better if the Maverick director, who has worked very hard, got this honor.
