Shine Screens’ production Kishkindhapuri and People Media Factory’s Mirai are releasing on 12th September. The clash was said to be avoided, but both films are releasing on the same day.
Not long ago, the producers let everyone know that Kishkindhapuri is coming out on September 13. In the end, they decided to keep the original release date of September 12.
Koushik Pegallapati directed the film, featuring Anupama Parameswaran and Bellamkonda Sreenivas in the main roles. Today, they released the trailer, which was well-received. Both films target universal audiences, and everyone is excited to see which will win at the box office.
The competition between Shine Screens and People Media Factory does not end here. Prabhas’s The Raja Saab, which is backed by PMF, competes with Shine Screens’ production Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, which is set to be released for Sankranthi 2026.
If we observe, in both situations, the Shine Screens team was the first one to announce the release date, but People Media Factory came into the race afterward. Mirai was announced for 5th September and was moved to 12 September.
Also, Prabhas and Maruthi’s Raja Saab, which was announced for 5th December, moves to Sankranthi 2026. So, it is a double clash between the production houses, and we will have to wait and see which team will end up on the winning side.
