Following the success of Oke Oka Jeevitham (2022), Sharwanand took a two-year-long break from films for personal reasons. In the meantime, the actor has tied the knot to a US-based techie. And now he is back to business, with his next venture hitting the screens this Friday.
Titled ‘Maname’, this is a clean family entertainer aimed solely at urban audiences. Helmed by Sriram Aditya, it features Krithi Shetty of Uppena (2021) fame as the female lead. The makers have already wrapped up the censorship formalities.
Maname is censored with a ‘U/A’ certification for a crisp runtime of 2 hours, 35 minutes. Also featuring Vennala Kishore in a supporting role, the film explores the themes of love, family, and growth when a little boy enters the life of a carefree young man. Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the tunes for this flick.
