Sharwanand’s Bhogi Event Postponed, Release Now in Doubt

Makers are still stating that Sharwanand's Bhogi will release on November 12, but the postponement of trailer launch has raised doubts about it.

Sharwanand’s Bhogi has run into fresh uncertainty. The film’s trailer launch and pre-release event, planned for today at Park Hyatt in Hyderabad, has been postponed at the last minute.

And with that, the buzz that the film itself may be postponed has only grown stronger.

The Official Statement

The makers announced the postponement in an official note, citing “unforeseen technical issues”.

“We regret to share that today’s Trailer Launch and Pre-Release Event at Park Hyatt, Hyderabad, has been postponed due to unforeseen technical issues. We know many of you had been waiting for this evening, and we are truly sorry for the disappointment,” the team said.

They added that a new date will be announced shortly.

Bhogi Release Postponement Buzz

For some time now, there has been strong talk in industry circles that Bhogi won’t make it to theatres on its planned release date of November 12, and that the film is being postponed.

The team had been denying those reports, and the trailer launch scheduled for today was seen as a sign that they were sticking to the date.

Now Looks Almost Certain

With the trailer launch and pre-release event called off just days before release, the postponement now looks almost certain. A film releasing on November 12 would usually need its trailer and pre-release event out by now to build momentum.

The makers haven’t officially announced any change to the release date yet.

About Bhogi

Bhogi is Sharwanand’s 38th film, produced by Sri Sathya Sai Arts and presented by Lakshmi Radhamohan. Prime Video is the film’s OTT partner, and Aditya Music holds the music rights.

Waiting for Clarity

Fans will now be waiting for the makers to announce both the new event date and a clear update on the release. Until then, Bhogi’s November 12 date remains in serious doubt.
