Shankar’s Indian 2 carrying Big reports from industry circles

Shankar is very well known for mixing social message with commercial elements, but with his recent past films he made a mistake of focusing on VFX and graphics, which the audience disliked as they watch his movies for strong content.

So, when Shankar announced Indian 2 everyone thought this film will bring back the vintage Shankar but because of various reasons the movie’s shoot got delayed and in the recent times it was again back to the sets.

They put indian 2 on hold after a fatal accident on the film’s set, killing three team members. Later, the film’s progress was stifled by the pandemic. Yet, the makers of the film seem to be stubborn in their decision to make the film. The film has also gone through some changes concerning the technical crew and cast.

Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies, which distributed Kamal Haasan’s previous release, Vikram, teamed up with the actor for Indian 2. While the film was to be produced by Lyca Productions, Red Giant will be co producing along with distributing it across the Tamil Nadu State.

Now, according to the latest rumors the movie’s content has unanimous positive talk among the industry circles. The people who have worked for the film are giving huge reports for it. The film is expected to release for 2024 Sankranti/Pongal.

Other than Kamal Haasan, the film also has Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, and Priya Bhavani Shankar in pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander, who composed the brilliant album for Kamal Haasan’s Vikram is composing music for Indian 2 too.
