Venkatesh’s Sankranthiki Vasthunnam has achieved another massive milestone. The film earlier emerged as the most successful Tollywood film of the year and replicated its theatrical success on OTT as well. And now, it has done a remarkable job on its World Television Premiere.
Released for this Sankranthi, this Anil Ravipudi film created a massive sensation by collecting more than 150 Cr share worldwide. In the process, it also emerged as one of the biggest grossers ever in TFI and career biggest grosser for Anil Ravipudi and Venkatesh.
After creating magic in thetares, the comedy entertainer continued its success streak on OTT and Television too. Zee Group had experimented by screening digital and Television premieres at same time and it was a resounding success.
The film saw the highest TRPs in recent times with a 18.1 rating. This is the highest TRP rating for a film in the last 2 years on a general entertainment channel. On Zee 5, Sankranthiki Vasthunam clocked more than 300 Million viewing minutes which is a sensation.
