The incident prompted the police to take actions and as a part of their duty, the officials arrested three persons from the theater’s management. Today, Sandhya theater lawyers file quash petition.

Earlier, in a shocking turn of events, Actor Allu Arjun was taken from his home and sent to Nampally Court, where he was remanded for 14 days in Central Jail, Hyderabad. However, there was relief from the Telangana High Court, which deemed the incident unfortunate and granted Allu Arjun interim bail, claiming that the case lacks basis.

Now, the council for the Sandhya theater also given their official response on the case. “We have appeared for the management of Sandhya Theater. We had filed a quash petition before the honorable High Court. The honorable High Court has given a direction to the police not to arrest the people that have not yet been arrested. With respect to the management, two people, two owners of the of Sandhya Theater have been arrested. The honorable High Court has given a direction that they should be enlarged on an interim bail. As far as Allu Arjun is concerned, we are not his counsel. That said, Allu Arjun also has been granted interim bail, for a period of four weeks. He shall be executing a personal bond of Rs 50000 with the Superintendent of jail at Chanchal Guda, and thereafter he’ll be enlarged on bail. “
