Samantha Ruth Prabhu‘s female-led action drama Maa Inti Bangaram emerged as a major box-office winner in 2026. The film enjoyed a stellar theatrical run, grossing close to ₹100 crore worldwide and becoming the highest-grossing female-led Telugu film. Apart from its commercial success, the film was widely appreciated for Samantha‘s commanding performance and its blend of action, emotion and dark comedy.
Directed by B. V. Nandini Reddy, Maa Inti Bangaram follows a seemingly ordinary woman who is forced to unleash her fierce side to protect her family. The film features Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead alongside Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth, Gautami, Sreemukhi, and Chaitanya Krishna in key roles. Following its successful theatrical run, the makers have announced the film’s digital premiere. Maa Inti Bangaram will begin streaming on JioHotstar from July 17, giving audiences who missed the theatrical release another opportunity to watch the blockbuster.
