Both films have sequels in the works, and with the budget they have spent, both films want some good numbers from Hindi. However, Saiyaara, the new Bollywood movie, is creating havoc at the theaters.
The romantic musical film is creating a sensation at the box office. On the first weekend, the film has collected 100 Cr gross in India and 2 million overseas. Today the film is holding extraordinarily.
Bollywood’s trade reports that the footfalls today almost match the opening day. Trade expects that the film will do a minimum of 300 Cr net in its full run, and it will have at least a 3-4 week run.
