The highly anticipated Telugu film ‘Thandel’, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is planned to release on February 7, 2025. The film, directed by Chandoo Mondeti, is based on real-life events that occurred in the village of Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh.The movie generated enormous buzz, and fans expect this movie to boost Nagachaitanya’s career.
Recently the movie team held a grand trailer launch event in Mumbai, which saw the special presence of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan. However, leading lady Sai Pallavi was notably absent due to health issues. The actress, who had been actively participating in promotional activities across multiple cities, fell ill and was advised bed rest for two days. Director Chandoo Mondeti confirmed that she was initially scheduled to attend the event but had to skip it due to a fever.
Apart from ‘Thandel’, Sai Pallavi is also gearing up for ‘Ramayana: Part 1’, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film, set for a Diwali 2026 release, features Ranbir Kapoor as Ram, with Sai Pallavi portraying Sita. The cast also includes Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol, and Yash in key roles.
