Renu Desai Questions Supreme Court

Renu Desai said that instead of killing animals indiscriminately, people should immediately inform the concerned authorities if any dog causes trouble. Renu Desai stands for the safety of Stray Dogs, questions the Supreme Court.

Actress Renu Desai expressed deep anguish over the alleged killing of stray dogs and strongly condemned such actions, along with questioning the Supreme Court. She questioned why all stray dogs are being targeted if a single dog behaves aggressively. Renu Desai said that instead of killing animals indiscriminately, people should immediately inform the concerned authorities if any dog causes trouble.

The issue of stray dogs has sparked nationwide debate, with dog bite incidents being reported almost every day. Recently, the Supreme Court made strong observations on the matter, stating that if stray dogs bite people, the respective state governments must pay compensation to the victims.

The apex court also remarked that if people claim to love dogs so much, they should take them into their own homes. The Supreme Court clearly emphasized that human lives are more valuable than animals.

Renu Desai: Isolated incidents shouldn’t define the lives of dogs

In this context, Tollywood actress Renu Desai addressed the media at a press meet in Somajiguda and made several emotional and strong statements. She said that if a dog bites someone or behaves dangerously, authorities should be informed immediately. However, she questioned the logic behind killing hundreds of innocent, voiceless animals for isolated incidents.

Renu Desai stated that not all dogs are dangerous. She shared that she personally feeds and takes care of hundreds of dogs every day and has several dogs at her home. Despite this, she has never been bitten by a dog, proving that stray dogs are not inherently violent.

Renu Desai urges focus on serious crimes rather than the killing of stray dogs

She further pointed out that every year, lakhs of people die due to mosquito-borne diseases, lack of cleanliness, and road accidents involving people without helmets. She questioned why these issues are often ignored. Renu Desai also raised concerns about serious crimes against women, including rape and murder, and asked why society does not show the same outrage over these incidents.

Expressing her anger and sorrow, she questioned whether people can sleep peacefully after killing innocent animals. She emotionally asked whether such violence reflects the values people hold, especially when crimes are happening within homes and society at large.
