Ravi Teja Registers Six Consecutive Disasters

Ravi Teja's films failed to deliver the expected results at the box office continuously.

Actor Ravi Teja, fondly called “Mass Maharaja” by his fans, is currently going through a difficult phase in his career, facing six consecutive box office failures. His latest film, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, released during this Sankranthi season, failed to deliver the expected results at the box office.

Ravi Teja’s last successful film was Dhamaka in 2022. Since then, he has experienced a series of setbacks. In 2023, Ravanasura and Tiger Nageswara Rao underperformed. In 2024, Eagle and Mr. Bachchan also failed at the box office. In 2025, Mass Jathara did not succeed, followed by the Sankranthi 2026 release Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi. Overall, this marks six consecutive failures for Ravi Teja.

Ravi Teja’s wait for a big hit continues

Although Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi received slightly better reviews compared to some of his recent films, it could not post strong box office numbers. This was mainly due to audiences showing greater interest in other Sankranthi releases such as Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, Anaganaga Oka Raju, and Nari Naduma Murari.

Ravi Teja has now signed his next film with director Shiva Nirvana, produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The first look of the film will be released tomorrow, coinciding with Republic Day and the actor’s birthday. Fans are hopeful that this project will help Ravi Teja break his current flop streak at the box office.
