Actress Rashmika Mandanna was a Kannada Actress, and she rose to fame with her Kirik Party, released in 2016. She grabbed few opportunities in Tollywood and attained stardom later continuing as a lead Actress since then. She has also recently worked for Chhaava which released yesterday. As part of promotions, the Actress while giving her speech said that she was from Hyderabad which didn’t go well with the netizens who are now trolling her badly.
Netizens, especially the ones from Karnataka, are not happy with Rashmika quoting her as from Hyderabad when she debuted and had a career in Sandalwood initially. They also trolled her for disowning her roots with this speech and backed people who troll her on this aspect.
Rashmika, in the past, made controversial comments about the Production House of Kirik Party which raised the eyebrows of a few netizens. Later, she also said that she didn’t watch Kantara when the film was ruling the roost becoming a sensational blockbuster. Netizens then also pointed out that she had ignored the film intentionally because it featured Rishab Shetty, the Director of Kirik Party.
So, these fresh comments have sparked criticism of her once again. The Actress is yet to respond to this. Meanwhile, Chhaava released yesterday and opened well. The film is an adaptation of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Rashmika played the role of his wife.
