Ram Gopal Varma’s directorial debut Shiva is all set to re-release in theatres. On November 14, Chiranjeevi congratulated the Shiva team and shared his thoughts about the film. He said, “I was completely surprised when I first watched Shiva. It’s not just a movie, it’s a revolution and a trendsetter. I can never forget Nagarjuna’s iconic chain log scene. Everyone in the film performed brilliantly. I’m happy that this classic is being re-released. The younger generation should experience it. It’s a timeless film. Ram Gopal Varma’s vision and camera work were so fresh and unique. He truly seemed like the future of Telugu cinema. Hats off to him. As long as Telugu cinema exists, Shiva and Chiranjeevi will be remembered forever.”

Responding to Chiranjeevi’s words, Ram Gopal Varma wrote on social media, “Thank you, Chiranjeevi garu. I want to take this opportunity to apologize to you. I’m sorry if any of my words or actions have hurt you. Thank you for your kindness.”
