Pushpa 2 had a runtime nearly of 3 hours and 20 minutes. This is considered big for any film in the recent times. There were many doubts regarding the fate of the film with the amount of such long runtime. But Pushpa 2 managed to defy all odds and is racing towards the 1400 crores mark worldwide becoming a huge blockbuster at the box office. Now, an extended cut of Pushpa 2 is set to be added to the theatres for the Christmas season.
The extended version is said to be around 20 minutes which was trimmed before the release. But now with the film performing greatly even in the second week, the makers have decided to add this trimmed portion. This may even bring Audience to the theatres again for the holiday season during Christmas and New Year periods.
The collections of Pushpa 2 will also raise with this affect. The team is expecting to beat Baahubali 2 in the long run which looks possible. Pushpa 2 is also expected to run till the Sankranthi season with a big long run. On the other hand, the release of Baby John in Hindi belt is a concern. So, let’s wait and see.
