Producer responds about fake Leo collections allegations and theatre issue

There have been huge allegations on Leo collections saying the team has gone for proxy bookings overseas. Apart from this, there is one more allegation that Leo producer has asked for high share terms from theatre owners which gave them losses. All these rumours around the film have turned out as the biggest topic in Kollywood. TN Theatres association president Tirupur Subramaniyam made a lot of allegations about the movie, and now the producer of Leo has responded.

“We announced actual box office numbers without any exaggeration, 461Cr in 1st week is absolutely genuine. I don’t have any motive to fake the numbers and the movie is doing very well in overseas there is absolutely no need for proxy bookings,” said producer SS Lalit Kumar.

He further went on to add that TN Theatre Owners Association president Tirupur Subbramaniyan asked for the Coimbatore release of the film, But since he refused the demand, these allegations about Leo collections are being made. The producer added that terms that existed for Varisu are the same being followed for Leo in most areas excluding a few c Centers
