Producer Dil Raju’s family has been hit by a tragedy. His father, Shyam Sunder Reddy, who was 80 years old, passed away just a few days ago due to age-related ailments. The production house Sri Venkateswara Creations’ PR team has shared the news that the star producer’s father has passed away.
“A tragedy in Mr. Dil Raju’s family. His father has passed his last breath a few minutes ago (in the original),” the team of the producer said in a statement. Celebrities and netizens are sending condolences to the bereaved family.
Dil Raju had a close bond with his father. During an interview, he mentioned that his father’s humble and disciplined upbringing helped him develop a successful career as a producer and distributor. The bereaved family was treated to heartfelt condolences by several film industry celebrities.
Raju’s first wife, SMT. Anitha, passed away in 2017. In 2020, he got married to Vygha Reddy. His up-and-coming releases include Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’, Vijay Deverakonda’s movie with Parasuram Petla, and others.
