Pradeep Ranganathan has officially launched his production house PR Show with a women-centric film that brings together an exciting ensemble cast. The movie features Mamitha Baiju, who gained recognition from her performances in Premalu and Dude, in the lead role. She will be joined by Ashwath Marimuthu, who has made an interesting transition from directing to acting.
The film also introduces newcomer Anamika Mahi in her first film role. Telugu actor Sivaji Sontineni and talented actress Swasika round out the cast in important supporting parts. The diverse casting choices reflect the producer’s vision for a fresh and engaging narrative.
Unique Six-Director Team Helms the Project
In an unconventional approach, the film will be directed by a six-member collective called The Alpha Unit. This directing team includes Vishal TR, Yash V, Naren Saoda, Chanakkiyan R, Dhanush Kumar, and Ilamparithi. While collaborative direction is rare in Indian cinema, this experiment could bring diverse creative perspectives to the project.
Pradeep Ranganathan has penned the story himself, while composer Sai Abhyankkar will handle the music department. Pradeep E Ragav is responsible for editing, and Dinesh Purushothaman serves as the cinematographer.
