A lawyer based in the city of Madurai has filed a criminal case against actor-politician Pawan Kalyan for his recent remarks on Udayanidhi Stalin, the honorable deputy chief minister of Tamil Nadu.
Without taking his name explicitly, Mr. Kalyan took a dig at Udayanidhi for comparing Sanatana Dharama with the diseases Dengue and Malaria. This did not go well with the ruling part of Tamil Nadu, i.e., DMK.
One of the most talked-about politicians of the country, legal troubles have become extremely common in the life of Pawan Kalyan. Lately, he even went on to criticize actor Karthi for making fun of the Tirupathi laddu prasadam. Following an apology from him, Kalyan wished good luck for his upcoming release, Meiyazhagan/Satyam Sundaram.
