The delay in VFX work was the main reason, and the team has yet to announce an official release date till now. The latest buzz in the industry circles suggests that the team plans to arrive for Dasara on September 25th if everything goes well.
But Sujeeth and Pawan’s “They Call Him OG” has already been announced for a September 25th release. Now, if Chiranjeevi’s film fails to arrive in September, then it needs to wait for Summer 2026, as Chiru-Anil Ravipudi’s film arrives on Sankranthi.

If Vishwambhara arrives on September 25th, then OG will most likely move to the third week of December or Christmas, according to industry circles.
