OG Steps Back for Vishwambhara?

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara, directed by Mallidi Vassishta, moved the release date to a later date after its glimpse release. Pawan Kalyan’s OG is having immense craze despite the delay, and the latest news is that OG might step back for Vishwambhara.

As said above, Vishwambhara was initially planned to arrive on this Sankranthi 2025. However, the makers decided to postpone it after the negative response to the first glimpse. Then the film faced continuous postponements.

The delay in VFX work was the main reason, and the team has yet to announce an official release date till now. The latest buzz in the industry circles suggests that the team plans to arrive for Dasara on September 25th if everything goes well.

But Sujeeth and Pawan’s “They Call Him OG” has already been announced for a September 25th release. Now, if Chiranjeevi’s film fails to arrive in September, then it needs to wait for Summer 2026, as Chiru-Anil Ravipudi’s film arrives on Sankranthi.

So, lately, a buzz started that Pawan Kalyan’s OG might step back for Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara. 

If the film goes to Summer 2026, then it will add a big burden for producers. So, UV Creations, the production house, is said to have a plan to arrive on September 25th.

If Vishwambhara arrives on September 25th, then OG will most likely move to the third week of December or Christmas, according to industry circles.
