The much-hyped action drama, OG, starring Pawan Kalyan and directed by Sujeeth, has completed its first weekend at the box office on a good note. The film performs well in Nizam and achieves Pawan Kalyan’s first 40 Cr share in the region.
After Overseas, the second-best-performing territory for OG is Nizam. In the 1st weekend the film has collected 34.5 Cr share without GST, and if we include GST, then the share will be 40.7 Cr.
The film’s theatrical rights are valued at 55 Cr, and it recovers 74% on the first weekend itself, which is fantastic. OG also marks the 1st 40 Cr+ share film for Pawan Kalyan in Nizam.
OG Nizam: Pawan Kalyan’s Biggest Share
The film needs to achieve 50/60 Cr benchmarks to go past its valued business, but the only concern is the team still continues the ticket hikes in Nizam, and how the action drama holds from today will be observed by the trade circles.
Overall, the film needs to collect another 15 Cr+ share in Telangana for breakeven.
