Nani’s Hi Nanna is up for release this week and the actor has been promoting this film quite aggressively. The pre-release event was held recently where the film’s unit and Natural Star faced some backlash for displaying Vijay-Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s pic.
It was a surprise and shock that in ‘Hi Nanna pre-release event showcased a picture of Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s pictures and projected like they were in an official relationship. This was a serious violation of privacy and a star hero’s event used for mocking another hero surprised many.
Nani, in a recent interview, has come forward and apologized for this part in the event. When asked about this segment, Nani said that he had no idea about it and someone from the event team might have gotten too excited and decided to use the picture.
“There are several people involved in a pre-release event and it could have happened that someone used this picture in their excitement. Vijay and Rashmika are my people and I am sure they would have not been bothered about this. But, if it did hurt someone, I would like to extend my sincere apologies.
‘Hi Nanna’ will release on 7th December and co-stars Mrunal Thakur. The film is being produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala under Vyra Entertainments. Debutant Shouryuv has directed the film.
