Why Fans Now Want Nagarjuna to Quit Bigg Boss?

Rohit Naidu, the Bigg Boss Telugu contestant is said to be eliminated, and his fans are angry on the host, Nagarjuna.

“Nagarjuna, stop doing Bigg Boss.” That’s the message a section of his fans is now sending, as the King faces a wave of criticism over Bigg Boss 10 Telugu.

After Rohit’s controversial exit, Nagarjuna has become the main target of angry viewers. And many of his own fans feel a star of his stature doesn’t need this.

The Host Always Takes the Hit

Hosting Bigg Boss has never been easy for big stars. The show brings popularity and big ratings, but it also brings a lot of negativity that stars rarely face otherwise.

The reason is simple. Contestants build huge fan bases during the season, and those fans are very protective. When the host questions their favourite contestant, the anger quickly turns towards the host.

The Nani Lesson

Telugu audiences have seen this before. When Nani hosted Bigg Boss Telugu Season 2, he faced a similar storm. Kaushal Manda had a massive fan following that season, and whenever Nani pointed out something negative about Kaushal on the weekend episodes, it triggered a continuous negative trend against him online.

Nani never returned as host after that season, and the experience is still remembered as an example of how contestant fan wars can hurt a star’s image.

Nagarjuna Now Facing the Same Heat

Now, Nagarjuna is going through something similar. With Rohit’s exit, viewers are accusing him of biased hosting, saying he targeted Rohit all season while going easy on other contestants.

The criticism hasn’t stopped since the elimination, and Nagarjuna is right at the centre of it.

The Team Decides, the Host Gets Blamed

What many point out is that the host doesn’t decide everything on the show. The points raised on the weekend episodes, the twists and the format are planned by the Bigg Boss team. The host only presents them.

But for the audience, the face of the show is the host. When a strategy backfires, people don’t see the team behind it. They see Nagarjuna. So any decision that goes wrong ends up hurting his image.

“Unnecessary for a Star Like Nagarjuna”

That’s what bothers his fans the most. Nagarjuna is one of the biggest stars in Telugu cinema, with a long and respected career. Fans and even general audiences feel it’s unnecessary for someone of his stature to get pulled into contestant fights and fan wars.

For them, a TV show shouldn’t be the reason Nagarjuna gets trolled and criticised.

Temporary Heat, but Still Hurts

The heat usually doesn’t last. Once the season ends and the contestant fan wars die down, the negativity around the host fades away too.

But until then, the criticism will continue, and his fans clearly don’t want to see their star go through it. Whether Nagarjuna continues with Bigg Boss in the coming seasons is now a question many are asking.
