Mythri Movies filed a Complaint on Nizam Theatre Owners over Hanuman Screens

Mythri Movies filed a Complaint against Nizam Theatre Owners over Hanuman Screens. It is widely known that the recently released Pan-Indian film Hanuman is facing issues regarding theater allocation in Telangana State. Mythri Movie Makers have distributed the film and have taken legal action against a few Theatre Owners regarding this issue. Mythri Movies filed a Complaint against Nizam Theatre Owners over Hanuman Screens.

Official Press Note/Complaint of Mythri Movies to Telugu Film Producers Council

Mythri Movies Distributors LLP has signed an agreement with some Telangana theatres to screen “Hanuman” from 12-01-2024. However, the theatres ignored the agreement and did not screen the film in the Nizam area theatres.

“Mythri Movies distributors and producer Niranjan Reddy Garu have complained in this regard.  According to the agreement, distributors and producers suffered huge losses due to the non-screening of the film “Hanuman.”  So these theatres should immediately start screening the film “Hanuman” and bear the loss incurred so far.

Such actions of theatres are a threat to the survival of the Telugu film industry.  The Telugu Film Producers Council strongly condemns this action of the theatres. It demands that the Telugu film industry, moving forward based on faith, morality, commitment, justice, and protest against such unethical acts, should do speedy justice to the film “Hanuman” while respecting their earlier agreement.”
