Mirai Officially Postponed

After the blockbuster success of HanuMan, Teja Sajja’s next project was announced and titled ‘Mirai’. Based on a myth surrounding Ashoka the Great, the film also stars Ritika Nayak and is directed by Karthik Gattamneni and will tell the story of good vs evil on a massive scale with a historical backdrop.

Mirai was slotted for an April release. There have been continuous rumours for the past few days that the movie will be postponed. Now, it’s officially confirmed, as the team did not add the release date to the recently released poster.

Now it will be interesting to see when this film will be released as it was Teja Sajja’s first lead film after Hanuman and Manchu Manoj is playing the villain role. Due to these factors there is great hype for this action-adventure project which is being planned as a pan Indian budget film.

Mirai will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, and Chinese. TG Vishwa Prasad is producing Mirai under People Media Factory, with Vivek Kuchibhotla as the co-producer
