Mangalavaaram making video captures the dedication of the unit. It is widely known that the director Ajay Bhupathi is coming up with Mangalavaaram, a rustic village-based thriller. The film is all set to be released on worldwide screens tomorrow and the team is confident on the film’s output and arranged paid premieres today in Telugu states.
Meanwhile, the film, Mangalavaaram’s unit has released the making video to show the efforts that went on to make the film. Mangalavaaram making video captures the dedication of the unit.
Producers Swathi Reddy Gunupati and Suresh Varma of Mudhra Media Works & A Creative Works went out of their way to mount ‘Mangalavaaram’ on a rich scale. The film’s making video reinforces the view that the Payal Rajput-starrer is the hardest film in the career of writer-director Ajay Bhupathi of ‘RX 100’ and ‘Maha Samudram’ fame.
In the video, Bhupathi speaks of the nature of intricate shots involving a high level of expertise and dedication. The risk-taking is apparent from the fact that cinematographer Dasaradhi Sivendra had to literally execute risky shots in tough conditions. The time of shoot (read night) and the geographical terrain (water bodies, etc.) meant that the unit members had to be on their toes.
The film is not just about stunning visuals. More importantly, there is a solid script that necessitated the big canvas. “The story is replete with twists. You will be truly shocked. The movie is full of twists, especially in the last 45 minutes. The music by Ajaneesh B Loknath is amazing,” Bhupathi says.
