Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, the first film in the combination of Chiranjeevi and Anil Ravipudi, is getting released with a target of 210 Cr gross worldwide for breakeven. It is arriving in theaters during the best season for Telugu films, the Sankranthi festival.
The film is carrying a very good craze in trade circles as well as among audiences. Anil Ravipudi and Chiranjeevi’s (post-comeback) Sankranti films have all achieved break-even within the first week itself.

Now, even for Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, a positive word of mouth will help in achieving the breakeven within the 1st week. Anil Ravipudi scored two 200 Cr grossers with Sarileru Neekevvaru and Sankranthiki Vasthunam, and Chiranjeevi scored two 200 Cr grossers with Sye Raa and Waltair Veerayya. This film needs to be their 3rd 200 Cr grosser to get Hit status.
The movie will be released on 12th January, with early premieres on the night of 11th January (subject to government or high court permission).
