The film performed extraordinarily well on Day 2, and it is estimated to collect around 20 Cr gross in Telugu states on day 2. ROI is expected to be above 2 Cr, and overseas is expected to be above 3 Cr gross.
With these total day 2 collections above 25 Cr , the first day collected in the range of 75 Cr gross. So, in total, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has collected around 100 Cr gross worldwide at the box office.
