Mammootty’s latest film, KalamKaval, was a good hit at the box office, and the film is all set to receive the same level of response on OTT, as it is now available for streaming in the digital space.
The film received huge appreciation from audiences and critics upon its theatrical release and performed strongly at the box office with a gross collection of 85 crore. Mammootty’s KalamKaval is now streaming on OTT, Sony LIV, in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, and it is expected to receive a much wider response across languages.
KalamKaval Plot Details
Directed by Jithin K . Jose, the film is about Stanley Das (Mammootty), who is after women in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, getting close to them using fake stories and ultimately killing them.
Sub-Inspector Jayakrishnan (Vinayakan) is appointed to catch him, and he uncovers a series of disappearances and murders. The film is inspired by the real-life case known as the Cyanide Mohan case.
