The youthful entertainer was released with a breakeven target of 5 Cr gross, and with the help of unanimous positive WOM and reviews, the film trended like Day 3 > Day 2 > Day 1.

For 3 days the film collected more than 11 Cr gross worldwide, which means Little Hearts achieved double recovery, and it will easily do double-digit share in the full run as well.
Aditya Hasan, the director famous for the web series 90’s—A Middle Class Biopic, took on the role of producer for this movie. He teamed up again with 90’s star Mouli, bringing Shivani Nagaram on board as the female lead, and worked with a new director, Sai Marthand.
