Legendary Music Director, Ilaiyaraaja has reportedly issued a notice to the Producers of Good Bad Ugly to provide a compensation of 5 crores. The film is said to have contained 3 of his songs which he alleges were used without his permission. He also mentioned that the team should seek an apology for this action within 7 days.
It is learned that the team of Good Bad Ugly has got the NOC from the Music Label for using all the 3 songs. This is surely a shocking move from Ilaiyaraaja. He also did the same during the release of Manjummel Boys which used one of his songs. The Producers then also paid the compensation.
It has to be seen how the team of Good Bad Ugly proceeds. The film has been rocking the box office since the opening day and has also grossed more than 170 crores worldwide. Now, Ilaiyaraaja’s action will surely be a shocker for the team.
