Now, the film is set for a re-release following the recent trend on 30th May, co-inciding with the birthday of Krishna, late veteran Actor and father of Mahesh Babu.
The film’s advance bookings opened today evening and it crossed more than 1 crore before night, showcasing the anticipation audience has. In Book My Show, the film saw an hourly trending of 13K tickets, stunning all. Till now, only Gabbar Singh had the record of crossing 5K tickets, and Khaleja has doubled this number, creating a new record.
The bookings are not only strong for the Opening day but also till the entire weekend, witnessing good advance bookings. The film’s re-release has all the chances of beating the collections of Murari’s re-release and may also become the first double-digit grosser in the re-release category.
