Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja re-release worked wonders at the box office and surprised everyone with excellent collections. The film created records overseas for a re-released film. However, Khaleja 4K falls short of the 10 Cr mark.
Khaleja 4K fails to beat Murari: Misses the Double-Digit Mark
As said above, Khaleja 4K sees a massive success and collects in a similar range to Mahesh’s previous re-release, Murari, which gathered around 9 Cr gross. Now the top 2 collections in re-releases belong to Mahesh Babu.
The trade expected it to be the 1st double-digit grosser in re-releases, but due to limited release in AP, the film failed to do so. Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja 4K falls short of the 10 Cr mark.
In August, the Athadu re-release will be celebrated on Mahesh’s birthday, and it will definitely have all the chances to collect double-digit gross at the box office.
