The much-awaited trailer of Manchu Vishnu’s mythological epic, Kannappa, is finally out. The film needed one big promotional content to reach all kinds of audiences. Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa trailer is decent, but it could have been better.
Right from the beginning, the character of Prabhas was said to be one of the highlights of the film, and the Baahubali actor impresses as Rudra and dominates everyone in the trailer, though he has only a few shots.
Kannappa’s Trailer misses the Visual Grandeur
This is a huge asset for the film. The music is decent, and Vishnu, along with the other cast members, looks apt in his role. However, the VFX and visuals could have been better—the reported ₹200 Cr+ budget is not reflected on screen.
Also, the big war sequences that the team had mentioned during the interviews were not showcased in the trailer. Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa trailer is decent, but it could have been better.

Among all the visual content released by the team, the trailer certainly stands out as the best, and it is a positive sign for the film. This will, for sure, contribute to the strong openings at the box office.
