Director Shankar told that he initially planned to rope in Kamal Haasan in the antagonist role that Akshay Kumar had played in 2.0. But due to Kamal Haasan’s busy schedule then he couldn’t accept the role. But netizens feel that Kamal Haasan would have intentionally rejected this offer to avoid sharing screen with Rajinikanth as a villain. They also feel that he rejected it in the name of schedule.
The antagonist role was also offered to Hollywood Superstar, Arnold Schwarzenegger once. But due to the budget constraints, the film didn’t take off with him. Now this news has also stunned everyone.
