Kalki 2898 AD is all set to become the all time top 4 south Indian grosser at the box office. The film has already broken many records for the lead actor Prabhas. The film is running strong even after a week after its release and advance bookings for today look good as well. This weekend is expected to add more numbers for the film at the box office.
Kalki 2898 AD is also joining the 700 crore mark gross worldwide today. This makes the film the fourth highest grosser in South Indian market. The film stands only next to Baahubali 2, RRR and KGF Chapter 2. Kalki 2898 AD has to settled down with this position as it looks very difficult to breach the records of KGF Chapter 2 and RRR.
The film is also racing towards the coveted 1000 crore gross mark worldwide. This will then become Prabhas’ solo 1000 crore grosser apart from the Baahubali series which was directed by SS Rajamouli. However, it is quite interesting to see if the film adds 300 crore more in the coming days. The film needs one more big weekend for this to happen.
