Jawan sold over 1 Million tickets on Book My Show

Jawan becomes overrated post OTT release

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is just another day away from its worldwide release, and it has already begun breaking many records even before the release. The film has sold over 1 Million tickets on Book My Show. The bookings have opened a few days back and the film already sold well over 1 Million tickets on the most used ticketing app until now, which is a colossal record and indicates that the film registered fantastic bookings. Jawan has also registered wonderful ticket sales in the National Chains.

As of Tuesday, at 10 PM, Jawan has sold 3,58,500 tickets in the three national chains – PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis. PVR INOX holds the lead with 2,95,000 tickets, while Cinepolis follows with 63,500 tickets. Jawan has taken the 5th spot in the top advance booking of all time in the national chains and is now aiming to make it to the top 3.

Jawan will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam along with Hindi. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for the film. The film has already done a 250 crore non-theatrical business, that is including digital, satellite, and music rights. And not only this, the film has done record business theatrically in all areas.

Presented by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Atlee, Jawan is produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. Along with SRK, it also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupati in key roles. The film will be released in theaters worldwide on September 7th in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
