As mentioned above, JAAt had a good weekend at the box office. For the 1st weekend, it collected in the range of 40 Cr net. On Monday, with the Ambedkar Jayanthi advantage, Jaat clears the litmus test. The film has held well, collecting more than 7 Cr net.
Today, it faces the first weekday test, and the movie shows a good hold. The early estimates are at 6 Cr net. Today, the film has crossed 50 Cr net at the domestic box office, and the total net for 6 days will be in the range of 53 Cr.
The film needs to maintain the same momentum for the next weekdays and needs to take a jump on the second weekend. It has to go near the 125 Cr to 150 Cr range net in India, as the makers have put a massive budget into the film.
