Sankranti season has been one of the most awaited seasons for TFI for many years. The audience also eagerly awaits Sankranti Tollywood Movies throughout the year. The festive season, over the years, has given a number of blockbusters and industry Hits and has emerged as a highly profitable period.
However, the 2022 Sankranti season turned out to be quite a dull affair. Initially, RRR, Radhe Shyam, and Bheemla Nayak were supposed to clash at the box-office. But Covid played a spoilsport and all three films were postponed.
Now all eyes are set on 2023 Sankranti and from the looks of it, it’s going to be Prabhas vs Mega for this festive season.
Prabhas will arrive at the box office with the much-awaited mythological drama Aadipurush. The pan-India project directed by Om Raut will co-star Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan as well. Massive expectations are set on this project and fans are eager to catch Prabhas in the role of Lord Ram.
Sankranti 2023 will also see 3 films from Mega family. First up is Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu. Krish is directing this adventure-action film that will co-star Nidhi Agarwal.
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar in Mehr Ramesh direction is another film coming for Sankranti. The shooting for this project is going on at a great speed and Chiranjeevi is focused on multiple films at the moment.
Ram Charan and Shankar’s RC15 is another film all set to join Sankranti 2023 race. RC15 is a political drama with a powerful message and is being made on a grand scale. This film is going to be on an anti-corruption theme.
With so many Tollywood biggies releasing for Sankranti 2023, Tollywood fans are definitely in for a blockbuster treat.
