After Kalki 2898 AD, releasing on 27th June he has his ambitious pan-India action drama Indian 2 lined up for release on 12th July and there are high expectations for this project.
Shankar has decided to take the stakes a notch higher and the team will be going for pan-world promotions with Indian 2. The trailer launch of is due tomorrow in Mumbai. So far, the film has not managed to create a massive impact through its teasers and singles and a lot is riding on the trailer.
While the Tamil version will naturally have a grand event, Lyca Productions and Shankar have planned a massive pre-release event in Telugu as well. Along with this, continuous promotional interviews and events have been planned in all languages. The film will release as Indian 2 in Tamil, Bharateeyudu 2 in Telugu and Hindustani 2 in Hindi.
