Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan is the sequel to much accalimed yesteryear blockbuster, Indian. The film has been in the shoot haul for many years and released recently amid big hype. But it didn’t meet the expectations and the film ended up as a big disaster on the opening day itself. Here are Indian 2 10 days worldwide collections:
Indian 2 has crashed completely after the first weekend. It continued the same trend even in the second weekend too. The film didn’t put any impressive numbers in Tamil Nadu alone and collected around 52 crores gross. Telugu States gross is around 26 crores and the overseas does nearly 50 crores and the rest of India amounts to 22 crores. The total gross now stands at around 150 crores worldwide.
The film is heading towards the status of a big disaster and will end up below 170 crores. This is a very low number considering the pre-release business done for the film. The idea of releasing the film into two parts has completely backfired and we’ll have to see what happens with Indian 3 which will release anywhere in the early 2025. Indian 2 will also be streaming very early than on the prescribed date.
