Nani is all set to entertain the Telugu audience with his latest film, Dasara which is set in the backdrop of Singareni coal mines near Godavarikhani in Telangana. He looked pretty confident about the movie’s success and reiterated the same during many promotional events for the film.
Since the day they announced it, Dasara has garnered a great deal of appreciation and interest in it with its intriguing promotional content. While the teaser and the trailer got a thunderous response, the songs also became viral and made it to the top position on the audio platforms.
During the recent promotional interviews, Nani revealed a memorable incident during the shoot of the movie which he calls as a nightmare.
“There’s a scene where I had to jump off a dumper truck loaded with coal and the entire stuff falls on me. I consumed a lot of dust until they bring me out of the coal. I had sleepless nights for almost 2 months because of that incident.” said Nani.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara’s music has been composed by Santhosh Narayanan and Sathyan Sooryan ISC handled cinematography. Navin Nooli is the editor and Avinash Kolla is the production designer of the film, and Vijay Chaganti is the executive producer. Sudhakar Cherukuri is the producer.
The film stars Nani, Keerthy Suresh, Dheekshith Shetty, Samuthirakani, Zarina Wahab, Sai Kumar and Rajsekhar Aningi. The film is set to be released in theaters on March 30 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film is set against the backdrop of Singareni coal mines near Ramagundam’s Godavarikhani of Telangana.
