This Independence weekend has got a massive craze in the Telugu Film Industry as there are multiple films of Star Heroes have been organized for release to cash on the National holiday and weekend advantage too. According to the latest reports, there are two or three films slated for the August 15th Weekend.
Superstar Mahesh Babu – Trivikram’s SSMB28 is the first film which has planned for Independence Weekend and Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar, Masa Maharaj Raviteja’s Tiger Nageswar rao and a few more films are also in plans to release their films on the same date.
However, SSMB28 is the third in the combination of Mahesh Babu Trivikram. The film is one of the most anticipated movies in Tollywood. Trivikram and Mahesh will reunite after 12 years, and fans have placed plenty of expectations on this project. Pooja Hegde and Sree Leela will appear in the female leads in this project directed by Trivikram.
So, if this film releases as per the maker’s plan for August 11th, then there’s no doubt that no other film will release in competition, but if this movie gets postponed, then everyone will try to cash the holiday advantage as said above.
Meanwhile, Bhola Shankar will have Keerthy Suresh appearing as Chiranjeevi’s sister role while Meher Ramesh will return to direction after 8 years. Mahati Swara Sagar will compose the tunes for this film, which is being produced by Anil Sunkara.
Raviteja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao film is set in the 1970s in the Stuartpuram village of Andhra Pradesh. Helmed by debut director Vamsee, the film also stars Gayatri Bhardwaj and Nupur Sanon as the leading ladies along with a huge Star cast.
