NTR did not have a failure for a decade, i.e., from 2015 to 2025, and his success streak ended with War 2, which also had a connection with Naga Vamsi, who was a distributor of the film in Telugu states.
The producer Naga Vamsi saw big profits by buying the Telugu states’ rights of Devara and did the same with War 2 but saw massive losses, and he spoke about it during the promotions of Mass Jathara, his upcoming film.
Vamsi admitted that both he and NTR blindly trusted Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films, as they are a big brand in Indian cinema regarding War 2, and it backfired badly.
He said that he did not produce the film, but he got trolled for the failure of the War sequel. Naga Vamsi said that mistakes do happen, but he did not have any involvement in the film’s making or result.
