Harish Shankar firmly stated that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will not insult, target, or belittle any individual, political party, or community.
“There will be no scenes, dialogues, or satirical elements in the film that demean any person, party, or group. The movie will not contain political dialogues or references.”
The director revealed that Pawan Kalyan himself had instructed him at the beginning:
“Make it purely as a film.”
