‘Global Star’ Ram Charan’s political drama Game Changer (2025), in spite of all the negativity surrounding it, has managed to post notable figures in its first week of theatrical run. As the title reads, this Shankar-directorial is the biggest 1st-week grosser of Charan (non-RRR).Collecting a worldwide gross of INR 187 crore, Game Changer is all set to enter the ‘200 Crore Club’ this week; the third film of Charan to do so.
The Telugu version has collected 145 Cr gross with 81 Cr share Worldwide. Thetarical rights are valued at 165 Cr and the recovery is just around 50 percentage for the film, The film will not post much numbers from now as the festival is over and poor advance bookings for the weekend
Despite this, Game Changer will leave its distributors across territories in heavy losses because of the high costs involved.Experts predict that this Thaman-musical would have done farely better if it had hit the screens before Indian 2; this debacle of this Kamal Hassan-starrer has significantly diluted the buzz around Game Changer.
