First half Blockbuster—Second half Disaster

First half Blockbuster—Second half Disaster. This is the new trend in Indian Cinema recently. It is widely known that Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal received divide talk for the second half and superb response for the first half. Even for most of the recent big films, the talk, and response has been divided between positive and negative impact for both halves.

Prabhas’s Mythological Drama Adipurush’s first half was superb and received excellent talk, but the 2nd half went clueless and never was able to come back again in pre climax or climax, which resulted in the film being a big failure despite having an excellent first half.

For Rajinikanth’s latest blockbuster Jailer, also the same thing happened as the movie had an extraordinary first half and a good episode of 20 minutes post interval. But thereafter, it completely went out of the track but picked very well in the pre climax. So the First half and second half divide impact continued with Jailer as well.

The same goes for Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo, where the first half worked well, and the second half was a complete let-down. Now the same has happened with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. The first half of the movie is receiving unanimous positive reviews, and the second half is not working for many people.

So, the First half Blockbuster—Second half Disaster has become the latest trend in Indian films.
